Star Light Star Bright

Tonight while putting Claire to bed we did star light, star bright.

I asked her what she wished for & she said "to be a doctor".

Needless to say, I was surprised. When I asked her why she ssid because she thought it would be interesting and that she thought it would be cool to hear a heartbeat.

Maybe our artist has a little scientist in her afterall.

Shiny the Pteranondon

Claire wore her Shiny costume from 9am - 9pm on Christmas Day. We think she likes it as she jumped off the stairs at Sandy's numerous times, flapping her wings as she "floated".

Making Cookies

Claire is having fun cutting out sugar cookies with Dad and mixing frosting with Mom. She is VERY anxious to taste that frosting.

First dance recital

Why is it so quiet in there?

A little reading time with her Cousin, Hazel. Of course, this moment ended as soon as the camera was spotted. Then they were off and running again.

Claire watching Frosty

The cat curled up on her lap, popcorn nearby and Frosty the snowman on TV. It's the life for this 4 year old.

Out of the mouth of...Claire

Tonite while drying off after her shower:
Mom: You should dry yourself off.
Claire: I can't (exasperated), I haven't gone to drying school.
