Out of the mouth of...Claire

Tonite while drying off after her shower:
Mom: You should dry yourself off.
Claire: I can't (exasperated), I haven't gone to drying school.

Enjoying the first snow of the season. I had to ask Claire to stop eating snow long enough to snap a shot. Apparently running away from flying snowballs is the funniest thing on earth. Claire also made snow angels and shoveled... briefly.

Poofy Claire

Claire calls this her girls' Gopher outfit. Whatever works. She was super excited to get out into the snow today.

Making pasta

Today Pete & Claire cracked open the pasta maker we got for our wedding.

Rough days

Claire came down with her first case of strep this week. Poor Dad was stuck with dealing with the brunt of it while mom travelled for work.

So far she has been a champ about taken her prescription. Not so much about the Claritan but we've not pushed it and she hasn't been worse the wear.

Pete used to take Jordan on this same route and she had the same reaction.

Ballet Class

Claire begin her ballet class in September and is set to deliver her first ever recital in December. She is enjoying it very much as she is able to attend with a neighbor friend who we met a couple years ago in swimming. These two have done gymnastics, swimming and ballet together.
