Claire was discharged from the hospital this morning. Mom, dad and big sis Jordan walked out of the hospital with Claire around 11:45am.

Hallelujah!!! I'm so happy for you all - and so pleased to see that baby Claire has inherited her mother's gumption and has come home and is doing so very well. Thrilled for you all and can't wait to see you!!
