Claire says hello to another young lady in the Habitot area.

The fun of bath time has returned since we starting doing bath in the sink. Claire hit the big 3/4 of a year mark yesterday. She has been busy learning new things and exploring her world.
Mom and Claire went to the Children's Museum with Aunt Karey, Alex and Ryan last weekend. Claire spent sometime in the Habitot area, designed for kids under 48 months. She was one of the youngest kids in the area but enjoyed walking around with mom and watching the other kids.
Claire also started her Caterpillars class at Roly Pollie with dad. The class is a 'gymnastics' class for non-walkers. Dad said Claire spent some time on her belly (something she hasn't been keen on at home) with Ms. Dawn and bouncing around. She was wiped out when she got out of class but mom and dad swear she has been more mobile since the class.
She currently likes to spin on her bottom to see what is happening around her. Mom and dad set her down and the next thing we know she has turned herself the other way. She has taken to rolling onto her belly from her back, but only while in her crib. She still isn't crawling and only spends a little time on all fours (if supported). Mom and dad think she is going to skip right to walking since she spends so much time holding onto hands and cruising around the house.
We head to the doctor in a couple of weeks for her 9 month appointment and will get an update on her key stats!

btw, the triplets aren't crawling yet either - they were born a week before Claire. I think they're all going to just start walking at once and take over the place!!

Amy's baby, Isabel, isn't crawling either and she was born just five days after Claire! Interesting!
She's SO cute! I can't believe she's 9 months already. Wow.
And I loved, loved, loved the Habitot room when my kids were little - and that age was great for that room.
