The other night (she's been teething lately so time is a bit of a blur) Claire kinda, sorta took a couple of steps without any support. She was standing on her own, as is her norm, and looked like she was ready to take off, so dad asked her to come on over, and she tried. But after a couple of steps she stopped. We don't think she really realized what she was even doing.
It was cool to see, but somewhat scary at the same time. We've been pretty lucky that she hasn't been getting into things under the sink and haven't put the locks on the cabinets. Looks like that is going to be a must do this week (since last weeks post referred to the same thing!).

BIG milestones!!!! How exciting. I am thrilled every time Dahlia picks something up! Each *milestone* gets cooler & cooler.
